A Man Selling His Rooftop's House for His Beloved Girfriend

Dwi Rahayu Saputro (25) a man from Bantul, Yogyakarta Indonesia, at the end of 2021 about 25th November, went viral on social media because he was accused by his mother, Paliyem (53) for selling their household furniture without her permission. 

The reason the man did this was because his girlfriend always demanding money from him. And because the man was not having any job, he decided to sell some of the furniture from his house like chairs, tables, doors, and rooftop tiles. Even his new motorcycle that supposed to be used to work as an online driver was taken by his girlfriend. 

The mother that was working as a housemaid, at first was tolerating her son's doing like selling some furniture etc., But she was shocked by her son's madness till one day when the mother went home after work, knowing that their house was having no rooftop anymore, she decided to report to the police about her son. 

The funny thing that make this case viral, there was a video at the press conference when the man said that anything that was given to her girlfriend was money, clothes, and some bags. When the man asked by the police 'which one do you love most mom or girlfriend' the man answered 'i love my girlfriend'. And when the police asked again 'anything you wanna say to your girlfriend' the man replied 'i want you to keep healthy, take care of yourself, and don't forget to keep eating'.

Indonesian netizens taught this case funny because of the information that the man said at the press conference. Their relationship has been running for a month and showing that the man was so innocent. Another moment that so funny is he even didn't know what he did was wrong, he didn't know what a long-distance relationship means, and he's not telling his girlfriend about this case. 

Time pass away, short story, the house was fixed by the help from nearby neighbors and even the regents of Bantul were helping the mother by giving her some money and buying her a new stove. Also some company was helping too with buying the mother new furniture like chairs table, doors, and a cupboard

The trial is running till the mother decided to cancel the lawsuit due to the reason  of she loves her son and as long the son realizes his fault and promised not to do it again. After the son was given some guidance and some learning by the police, he was released on 11th January 2022 and the lawsuit was totally stopped. 

But unfortunately, the madness of the son was not over. 3 days after being released on 14th January 2022 he was selling the stove from the regents. He's also trying to sell the chairs, tables, and cupboards again but it's being stopped by the nearby neighbors. 

Even on the early day before that, he was hitting his mother's face with sandals because the mother was not giving him money for 1 million rupiahs (65 dollars) until the mother almost fainted. This story make the man went viral again in social media.

Because of this, the mother decided to accuse her son of the same lawsuit for stealing family property again. His girlfriend will be investigated too with both threats of imprisonment for a maximum of 5 years.
