Parents Wish Ain't - Short Story About Parents and Learning

A teacher came to our house that weekend. Just telling a story that I'm doing nothing while I've been bullied because of my disfigured face. Granny understands enough that the teacher politely offered my school dismissal. Not even finished the story, Granny cut off the teacher chatter, saying that she doesn't care if I got bullied as long as I can go to school.

"Every child deserves to study, so let my grandchild study like any other child. Despite his looks, I believe he knew how to do things at his best. I've taught him a harsh way to survive the world. So I think it's also ur job as a teacher to teach another student to accept my grandson" That word makes my teacher speechless, then ask me did I still want to go to school.

I admit it, Granny teaches me about everything in a hard way. When I make a small mistake, Granny won't hesitate to hit me really hard. Even I can say that Granny hit me more than speak to me. So I feel the bullying that I got in school is nothing compared things that I've had with Granny. The teacher just left the house after I convinced her that I still want to go to school and Im fine with the bully.

This is actually the first memory that I remember Granny talking a lot of words when I was 7. Somehow I feel a little enthusiasm because she always talks to me necessary way such :'do this' and 'don't do that'. Carried away from the teacher's conversation about I can do my best, I tried to ask Granny 'What is the best thing that I can do, Granny?'

She went quiet in a moment, then said 'Nothing, you just gotta do what you can do. Don't you realize that even your parents' best wish do nothing to your look. So shut up and don't try talk to much to me'.
